Our business started in 2010 in a small shop and with several expansions by 2018 we had a 6,000 square foot shop. In 2023 we moved the facilities to a new location with a 10,000 square foot shop which we are currently looking to expand in the future.  

Our Product

1. Metallic Coating
At the foundation of our painted roofing and siding panels is a high tensile steel sheet that is hot-dopped in a molten zinc or zinc-aluminum bath. the resultant coating is the substrate for subsequent layers of the paint system. 

2. Chemical Pretreatment 
This essential process ensures permanent adhesion between the primer coat and the metal substrate. 

3. Flexible Primer 
A high-performance primer coat is applied next. The primer coat promotes adhesion between the top coat and metal substrate and helps to inhibit corrosion, especially at cut edges or where the steel is formed. 

4. Quality Top Coat 
The paint system is completed by the durable top coat. Our silicone-modified polyester (SMP) coating is state-of-the-art technology which provides 40 years of film integrity and 30 years of minimal color fade and chalk values. This high-end paint is applies on a modern continuous coil coating line and factory baked to cure and harden to specifications established by the NCCA and ASTEM.
